The staff seemed overwhelmed and had difficulty managing the customers at the counter.

The food is excellent, the staff is welcoming, and the restaurant is very clean.

I visited the drive-thru, and it seems their headset wasn't functioning properly. I had to repeat my order three times before I had to pull up and explain it to the employee once again.

They forgot my gravy for my chicken strips. : And the photo is the disgusting looking ranch they put in my bag. Ewww.
