Mcdonald's - Evanston

I didn't receive what I ordered, so I went back to inform the lady and asked to speak with her manager. Unfortunately, the manager was unhelpful and only made things worse. The customer service was very disappointing.

I ordered a double quarter pounder, but it only had one patty. Unfortunately, it was a takeout order, and I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home. How can such a simple order get messed up?

While the breakfast crew is always spot on, the nite crew was sorely lacking. I repeated my order six times. It was wrong each time. The most notable was them having me order a cheeseburger with no cheese. Who does that? Wouldn't you just order a hamburger? I finally just backed up and left. Just couldn't take it anymore.

The wait for two pancakes was quite long, but they were fresh and served hot.

That is one of the worse mcdonald’s I have ever visited, the burgers and fries are ice cold
