Insomnia Cookies - Evanston

This is a fantastic spot brimming with goodness, freshness, and warmth. The cookies are made fresh and served piping hot from the oven, and the staff at the counters are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The lady at the counter even gave us extra cookies to make up for a slight delay in baking. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really made our little girls happy. We will definitely be returning!

I frequently visit Insomnia Cookies in Evanston, and I'm always greeted with warm smiles and kindness from the staff, even on their tough days. Today, I was treated to a complimentary sample of their new vegan pumpkin spice cookie. It had a crispy exterior and a soft center, making it delightful. It pairs perfectly with both apple cider and oat milk. Overall, all of their cookies are delicious, and the customer service is exceptional.

This is one of the best cookies I’ve ever had! I’m deducting one star because both of my friends’ orders were canceled, leaving only mine to be delivered. However, this might just be an issue related to being understaffed.

Nice Evanston location. The chocolate vegan cookie was good. I will return to either the Evanston location or one of the Chicago locations.
