We had a wonderful time at LaTour. The setting is charming and the waitstaff, knowledgeable and attentive. Try the bourbon cocktail which we enjoyed with the special Meze platter. We had the Moroccan offerings the mussels, terrific; the chicken, moist and tender and the lamb dish had generous bites of meat all with great presentation and seasoning. LaTour is an Evanston prize!

They really did not have the Happy Hour down, server was confused what was and was not available for Happy Hour. But once we figure that out all was well. I would suggest a new way to serve the pate...it did not look appealing at all the way currently served.

Nice location. Courteous staff. Good food. The mezze platter and the duck liver were great choices for appetizers. All the dinners had lovely presentation but the tagine lacked deep flavor. Don't miss the burnt cheesecake.

Our server Dylan was excellent and we settled in for a lovely meal with a 7:30 reservation. Apps came at 8:30 and entrees at 9:10. One of our kids had a final the next day and had to go home to study so I ate 3 bites of my entree which was crazy over salted (the pomegranate glazed chicken and got the rest to go. Nice experience but weird timing luckily none of us was starving

A treasure! Their Moroccan food brought us backs to the streets of Morocco a place we loved. The chef adapted the food to my allergies and I was able to eat Tagine for the first time in years! Tasty and memorable! We hope to try their traditional French cuisines in the future.
