Waited a long time for our food before going up and inquiring, finding out they never sent our order through, and waiting another 15 minutes for our food. It's usually delicious, and one of the employees was very apologetic and even gave us gift cards for our trouble. However, even after all this time, while my friend's grilled cheese looked perfect, the cheese on mine was only partially melted, which is obviously not a great experience at a grilled cheese establishment. Overall, the one kind employee made up for the other uncaring, bored ones, but I would pick the environment and food of the Belmont Cheesie's 100% of the time. (Where are the fun chalkboard tables?

After learning that their was a new branch of Cheesies in Evanston I had to take the long trek up the red and purple lines to Davis Street in Evanston to see if it was the same and any good.   This time I went back to my usual choice, “The Classic” This is a sandwich of American Merkt’s Cheddar cheese, tomato, ham, and bacon, in texas toast, with a Tomato soup dipping sauce. Halleluah, it was as I remembered from a year ago, really, really good.

This place is a must visit for anyone living or traveling thru Evanston, the food was amazing! I ended up getting ' the tenderizer ' with with extra chicken and bacon. It was filling and bursting with flavor! Make sure to get some extra ranch to dip it into. The place was filled with people making it a lively and enjoyable environment. They best thing about this place was they have a old school variety of arcade games that doubles as a table.

The food here is amazing. I had the mac n cheese grilled cheese sandwich and it was the best grilled cheese i've ever had. Add bacon and it's truly a masterpiece. Slightly pricy and the bread is a little too buttery, but it's the closest you can come to perfection. Simply a great spot to go with your friends and grab a filling meal

Lots of toasty, melted choices of grilled cheese sandwiches. I had the Caprese with fresh basil and tomatoes with melted mozzarella cheese. It was melt in your mouth, amazing! Fun place. Most of all: Amazing sandwiches, lot's of fun choices, really friendly people working hard to make it fun
