Person who answered phone very very rude seemed annoyed I was ordering I asked for wings plain she had a attitude talking about they don’t come plain well obviously I didn’t know that then I said ok I still wanted them and I wanted a. Large pizza she said we’ll u didn’t say that at first like obviously because I wasn’t done ordering like what is wrong with people will never order there again and never even got the chance to once! They have a lot of bad review already maybe they should find some new help

This is our usual go to for take out pizza, but we had to use the Elk Run site tonight because I tried calling in an order for 30 minutes and the phone was busy the whole time. Not sure if they need a second line or maybe it got knocked off the hook but it's not good business when customers can't reach them. Otherwise I have never had a bad experience.

Horrible staff very mean and rude. We don't see how the staff keep their jobs. The worst ever. Kwik Star cleaner. Kwik Star has the most professional friendly staff. We can't stand Casey's didn't used to have any negative experiences here. Staff have horrible hygiene won't eat food at this place. Staff treat customers horribly. Beware count your lottery tickets because an employee shorted me several and tried again within 3 days. My friend just got shorted on tickets this week Dec 29,21. An employee shorted me a lucky for life too, except it wasn't a winner. Some employees were scratching tickets while working, not sure if they stole these as well. One employee said she was fired for scratching tickets and taking the winners and putting the losers back in the slot. My groomer said she got a scratched ticket. Mackenzie at the River Forest location said it was her aunt stealing tickets too along with the other employee. Mackenzie deliberately ran my tickets twice and said she did and would take them if I didn't want them. In the next breath she said she couldn't buy lottery tickets because she wasn't of age. The employees cannot buy tickets during work time and know this. There's a sign on the lottery machine clearly documenting this.

What happened to the good old days? The quality of their sliced pizza has really declined. There's hardly any sauce and not many toppings either. I'm not sure if I should rate it just 1 star.
