Kfc - Evans Mills

This is probably the worst fast food restaurant i?ve been to attitude wise. the workers there are so rude and have no respect. i was super nice and the girl with the red hair had just a very nasty attitude over something that was their fault.

The KFC was clean and well kept. The employees there were very respectful. Asked questions about ordering off the app and they answered every question no attitude completely professional. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Got the chicken home and you could tell it was old it was dark dark brown color and there was a pool of grease at the bottom. So I took it right back asked for a refund she said she did not know how to do it her manger was not there so saw the new chickenwas up so I changed it out. Got it home was ok but will not go back. Also you can see flies all over could it be because thewindow where you pick up your order was open and no one was at the window the whole time I was there they leave it open .Alsowas dirty in there so beware!!!! I see a lot of complaint?s and only a couple of times a manager responded. I am writing thehome office.

So I was short changed yesterday. I ordered the 12 piece meal and paid for the 12 piece but had only gotten 8. Well I went today and explained the situation and they were helpful and gave me the 4 missing pieces. Thank you for that and I?ll definitely becoming back.

There has been multiple, I mean multiple times where this place gets my order wrong every time. I give them the benefit of a doubt that they just had a long day etc. but I don?t think I?ll be coming here again. Today was the last straw. Didn?t get allof my orders correct when they read back what I ordered. Again I understand if it was one or two times but the amount of times Isay ?you know what I?ll get it again why not?, but everytime get the orders messed up. Do not recommend. Theres another one inWatertown if you?re really craving it.
