Casey's - Eureka

Horrible customer service. What is the purpose of selling sandwiches and wraps when you refuse to make them when ordered. I hope this helps others to not waste their time stopping at this location

Went to Casey's for gas. No where on the pump does it say super or regular, see attached pictures. They both say unleaded. It was raining I did not see the price window on them. One was $2.59 the other $3.04. I found this out after noticing I should of had 8.04 gallons of gas not 7.21 gallons. Why would the prices be different when the sign only advertised one and you can't tell the difference by looking at the pump. Except the tiny freaking price window. I only noticed the price window when I realize I did not have the correct amount of gas. I talked to a store employ she said those are the new lables on them. She could not answer why theres not a sign indicating the difference. I asked for a manager, the store employee called for him. I waited for a bit, the manager never came out of the back. Lesson learned, do not get gas here again.

I usually like this location because of its friendly service, but I've noticed that they frequently run out of drinks. Each time I visit during the evening shift, it seems like the staff is more focused on their phones or chatting than on their tasks. For example, tonight, on August 29, 2022, at 9:15 PM, the cashier was busy chatting, and I had to ask twice whether my payment had been processed because I didn’t see a receipt printed out, and I wasn’t offered one at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I was perplexed by their unwillingness to prepare my order as I had requested. When I tried to order a wrap, the staff told me she wouldn’t make it the way I wanted and insisted on doing it her way instead. Frustrated, I ultimately had no choice but to leave. I truly hope this review helps others avoid wasting their time at this location, as I did.

Fantastic place! It's akin to a quaint convenience store that also provides fuel. The prices are generally quite reasonable.
