Burger King - Eureka

Service is terrible. It hardly looks like they're open. No lights are on and only a car in the parking lot. We were the only person who went through and we are asked to wait for our order. You finally take our order and the two things we ask for them? This is the third time in the last few months we have been told that it is Shaker machine broken. Looks like they only have an employee in the store and they don't want to work!

I love the two for $5 menu at this restaurant! It includes the classic Whopper, chicken sandwich, and fish sandwich. You can also add cheese to your Whopper for just $0.50 extra. They also have delicious chicken nuggets priced at only a dollar for a serving of 8.

Long line on the drive thru, but it was at noon. My order was accurate and the food was hot and fresh.

On the menu board at the drive through on all of the pictures you have Sprite, Coke, Dr Pepper, etc.. the man at the drive through was so rude because I kept naming sodas you don't carry such as... get this.. the ones in the pictures on the menu!

I was doing a DoorDash delivery and went to pick up the customer's order at the drive-thru. However, when I arrived, the employee told me that the cash register was not working and refused to help me. Even after explaining that the order was already paid for, she insisted on speaking to her manager before eventually informing me that they were out of everything the customer had ordered. It was clear that she did not want to assist me. I had to inform the customer of the situation, and I doubt that the restaurant was actually out of the items they ordered. Overall, the service was terrible and the employee was very rude.
