Ihop - Euless

Greeting was slow, waiting for a table 20 minutes, waiting for drinks 20 minutes, waiting for food another 30 minutes. The staff was short, waiting was long, our food was not correct when it came out, we never got our pancakes. But what we did was a good service, a manager everything he could do to make food for the customers who stayed and waited because he didn't cook and worked alone. I'm sure he or she was exhausted and it wasn't even 2pm. A manager, 3 servers and a greeting with an arm in a sling did everything possible. Thank you for not telling you.

After four calls to the store, I came through. I made my order. The young lady said it was ready in 10 minutes. I was about 10-15 minutes away. In the store. There were dirty dishes on the tables! That was 0545 in the morning. When I came to someone who checked my order that was ready, the order was given to the cook in my presence. Don't think I'm going back to this place.

Arrived at IHOP. It took me at least six minutes to be seated. I asked the waitress to provide us with coffee and water. I had to go back to the kitchen to request once again because the amount of time that was taken. Additionally, when she brought out the water and coffee, we had to request the menus to be provided to us so we can order our food. The table adjacent to us that has 12 chairs is filthy. It’s been filthy for over an hour and six minutes during our stay here at IHOP in Euless,Texas.Service is awful, but the waitress was kind.

I went because they offered free pancakes for veterans on Veterans Day. I am grateful for that. I know that isn't something they have to or need to do so I am grateful. The service was adequate. The young man waiting on us was polite, respectful, pleasant, and professional. The food was good, average. We had the free pancakes with fruit topping and they were good. Waffles, eggs, and bacon. Everything was good, average, about what you would expect at an IHOP. Thanks again for the providing that too veterans. I saw quite a few in there taking advantage of the offering.

This IHOP does not deserve 1 star. Absolutely terrible management.We had a party of 5 we waited over an hour after ordering to receive the wrong food paper in my child’s food. After requesting to speak to the manager a homeless looking woman came to our table when he explained what was wrong she not only argued back she proceeded to storm off mid conversation.
