Golden Chick - Euless

So the first time I went on last week food was very good, so I went back the next day I did not check my order before leaving due to food being great the day before, and that was a big mistake food was less than luke warm and was not good at all so I returned to not only order fresh cooked hot food but the lady at the counter asked me did I expect fresh hot food then proceeded to explain to me that she was trying to save money and that it was the chicken that they did not sale the day before warmed up. I only had a blank stare after she openly said that so she proceeded with a I 'm sorry and I followed her response by canceling my order and letting her know we would not be returning to this location at all even the rolls were rock hard but she claimed they were fresh

I come to this golden chick often and the drive thru guy has a terrible attitude. I always get wings and ask that they’re all flats, but for some reason he says “we don’t do that”, and when he’s not there it’s no problem. They even have an “all flats” option that shows up on the POS, but he said to me “we don’t do that, and we’ve never done that,” even the another coworker on the drive thru backed him up which means they’re just calling me a liar. It’s okay, I just went down the street and ask the other golden chick for the same order, they gave me no problems!

The chicken strips were great! But, I ordered mashed potatoes with the gravy on the side. They took a pre-made mashed w/gravy and scraped SOME of the gravy off the top, leaving a ring of gravy around the edges. I'm picky but it's a very simple request. I also added a 3 piece shrimp which includes dipping sauce, ie cocktail, I received no sauce. It's the simple things that ruin a meal.

The food was bad and over cooked like it had been recooked and the chicken was burnt ??never going back to this place the fries was so greasy I had to throw away all the food!… $59 dollars down the drain!!!….?

Only go because my son likes it. The staff are not friendly at all and lack in answering questions about menu items
