Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Euless

I was extremely disappointed with the sliced brisket at this restaurant. We ordered a costly family pack, but when it was delivered, the brisket was sliced into cubed chunks that were mostly fat. It was impossible to use them for a sandwich. We ended up giving 80% of it to our foster dogs because no one in our family would eat it. I don't understand why they would send out such poor quality meat. They should review their security footage to see that something was clearly amiss. Overall, it was a total letdown.

It appears that I was given a plate that had already been partially eaten, with the last piece being mostly fat. The serving staff at this restaurant is unacceptable for allowing this. I ordered takeout and only noticed the issue once I got home. Additionally, I did not request any sauce to be added. The taste is also lacking, as the appearance and flavor of the food are both noticeable. Considering the high prices we pay for these small portions, I will not be returning to this location. I recommend looking for another Dickey's location, as they do not seem to care about their quality here.

I ordered a baked potato that was undercooked. My husband ordered two turkey sandwiches and had to request a new top bun because it was extremely hard. This restaurant has limited side options, high prices, and the tea tasted stale. The music and TV were competing with each other, making it very loud despite there being few other customers in the area. They do not accept the coupons that Dickey's offers, but do offer a discount for cash payments. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

Worst Dickey's I have ever been to. The guy at the front was really friendly though.

Ordered ribs and a brisket sandwich on 2/24/2024. They gave me so sandwich with nothing but fat and the meat doesn't even look like brisket. It looks like something else.
