The Daily Bagel - Eugene

I usually enjoy the daily bagel, but the last few times I ordered their blueberry or very berry bagels with very berry cream cheese, they gave me a super salty cream cheese instead. When I called to have it corrected, the person on the phone said they would inform the manager because I was the second person to complain about the same issue that day. There was no offer to fix it. When I asked if I could place my order again with the correct cream cheese, I was told that the salty cream cheese was the only berry option they had.

Bagels and cream cheese are great, staff?. Not so much, messed up/forgot/switched etc multiple orders in front of my own order which was a toasted cheese bagel with cream cheese and took 30+min to ?prepare?.

My husband and I used to love coming to this place for breakfast on Sundays, but the last few times we have ordered our bagels were wrong. The staff, mostly young girls, seem to have no interest in customer service or getting orders right. They are consistently rude and seem annoyed by our presence. If they had new staff who actually cared about their job, I'm sure the quality would improve. We will not be returning.

First time I've been here and while the bagels were good the one person helping us must have been having a bad day and was kinda rude. She acted, and had the facial expression, like I should have known I need to order the half dozen at the register but notfollow the sign and specify what kinds I wanted then but meet her over at the bagels and tell her then. Also, the menu on thewall and the paper menu didn't say I should be charged extra for toasting the bagels but she said I should have mentioned at theregister when I paid.

I called to place my order at 11am on a Sunday morning. The phone rang multiple times before it was answered rudely and unprofessionally. I ordered two bagel sandwiches and was informed it would be ready in about 30 minutes. They hung up without taking my name or number. Despite feeling uncertain, I decided to pick up my order. When I arrived, they seemed surprised that I wasn't the person they were expecting. I asked about BBQ chips, which were not readily available, and the cashier was visibly annoyed to check for me. Upon checking my order, we noticed it was incorrect. When we brought it back to the counter, they tried to insist we had ordered it that way, which was not true. My turkey sandwich only had one slice of turkey. I used to frequent this establishment for both personal and business needs, but I will now go out of my way to find another place to take my business.
