Sweet Basil Express - Eugene

They have good food. They are however not open on Memorial Day even though Google says they are. They don’t always answer the phone when they are open. So when they didn’t answer today, I didn’t think they might not be open.

DoorDash made two orders in a row and the staff in Sweet Basil took care of us. It was a stressful day and it was so nice to take care of the situation!

I'm really sorry, but I was pretty disappointed. I ordered spring rolls and padthai. Both had a fish taste that I did not expect, and the padthai had a strong lime taste that exaggerated for me any other taste, so I was really cheated and not at the end eating it. It was just disappointing bc with all the good reviews I expected better. Maybe it was just one.

It's not a garbage hole. That's the best. 10/10. Have you tried a variety of things here? re all excellent! Worth waiting.

The food is always immaculate (best Pad Kee Mao I ever had), but the service is... not the highest quality. The staff is always polite when I'm in the store, but it's always a nightmare. Always. At least half the time they don't answer the phone at all and hang up immediately. And when they answer, it's very difficult to hear them. I always go back because it's my favorite. Thai place in town, and the guys working there seem like cool guys, but I think they're badly overworked and overwhelmed.
