Sushi Station - Eugene

I love the atmosphere. Decent small selection of vegetarian roles with a good variety here! The options can also be vegan, but I did not check whether there are any hidden ingredients.

A disappointing visit. Service was very slow. Over an hour to get our food and what we have was just like that. Sushi was good, the rest was the worst, without taste. Two of the ordered items were not available. We know that the companies are still struggling with personnel, but we were disappointed with the experience and we had high hopes. At the end of our meal we had to ask three times after the check and finally go forward to get it. Maybe a bad day, but we didn't cost it.

Love that you can order a conveyor belt with award-winning plate colors and/or you can order from the menu. Food was delicious! Update 2.0: The waiters were nice and attentive. They always seemed to know when to come back to check us out. Sushi is always delicious. My favorites are the heart attack and the monster roll. Delicious! Update: Definitely one of my favorite sushi sites. Eveything is always good. Due to COVID, the conveyor belt is not in use now, but all there are still worth the price.

What a gem! The food here is super delicious. While visiting Eugene, we were looking for sushi. This place didn?t show up on the map on my phone. We ran across it when another sushi place had a long wait. We are so glad we ended up at Sushi Station. We?ve had dinner there three times and have been consistently pleased. The vegetarian items are rich with flavor. The dressing on the cucumber salad is tangy and delightful. The bit of crunch in the Veggie delight roll is fun and tasty. The soy paper veggie roll is to die for. I was skeptical of soy paper, but this item did not disappoint. The highway roll, sake lover roll, and sake nigiri taste fresh and are rich with flavor. Presentation is pleasing and staff are friendly and attentive. I wish we could take this lovely little spot home with us.

Had some of the best sushi here in a long, long time. Rachel was absolutely awesome, even with how busy it was. 110% making this a regular place.
