Starbucks - Eugene

I use to always love going to the Starbucks on west 11th until the last couple months. I don’t know what is going on, but they just can’t seem to get it right. Coffee is never hot enough and the service is not what it use to be. Staff use to be cheerful and at least have a hello and a smile. I don’t expect them to be over the top, but dang. This isn’t the first review I’ve left like this, so apparently the staff meeting didn’t help or they just don’t care!

Kathryn or close to that name. Needs to be pulled off drive thru, I'd expect service like that from mcdonalds but not here. Her attitude and non smile or happiness is not okay, I understand having a hard time but when someone is being so nice and you can't even be respectful is where I don't

They didn't acknowledge me at all, so I left. They helped the person I was with, then turned around to go back to talking to eachother, so I just left.

Janky and dirty, broken seating. None of the charging outlets work. Not impressed.
