Salt Straw - Eugene

What can be said? It's Salt Straw! In my opinion, this place never disappoints. Their flavors are unique equally delicious. The staff is always polite and truly encourages sampling of the flavors. It's a great experience. We enjoy it every time.P.S. the Snickerdoodle flavor is amazing!

Lavender Honey ice cream perfectly melting into the waffle cone. Soooo good. Unique flavors to sample. Will be returning to Salt and Straw when I am in town for work.

A delicious treat and a unique ice cream shop that I have only gone to a couple times! Definitely a place to go see when you visit!

It is always beyond excellent. The Pear with Blue Cheese Ice Cream is my constant favorite, but I have not tried one I didn't like yet. So yummy yes they give generous scoops! Right now they have some additional flavors with a flower theme. Don't let the long line be a deterrent either, believe me they move the line very fast

The ice cream tasted very good, and it was a place that I had wanted to try for some time. Service was good, and it was a good place with nice ambiance! Finally, a staple of Portland has arrived in Eugene.
