Benger Garden Cafe - Ettrick

Our stay was absolutely stunning. This is a very nice place to stay if you are looking for a quiet getaway. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The room is spacious and comfortable and very clean. The food was delicious. You can order a meal and it is delivered to your room. Its is very pet friendly as we took our dog away with us. The high light was the outside bath under the stars. This stay here was for our 23 wedding anniversary and the owners assisted in making it a fantastic weekend away. Thank you.

The garden and outdoor eating space is gorgeous when you visit make sure you pop out the back! Food was good, the beef with the nachos was delicious and the wedges were cooked well so they were crunchy. We're glad we stopped here on a whim on our way to Wanaka!

Another great roadside coffee stop with charm. This one has beautiful gardens out back with gorgeous birds. They also have what looks to be really nice chalets in case you're tired of driving. If I weren't rushing to the slopes I would stay here for the evening.

Such a pleasant stopover in a small town cafe! I was taking a return trip from Dunedin to Queenstown on the intercity bus so we stopped by this little cafe twice. Such great friendly service and the homemade pie and oat chai latte were so deliciously made that I had to order them twice even Lee remembered what my previous order was smack spot on. Incredible HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Enjoyed another lovely breakfast here. Friendly staff in a relaxed peaceful setting. The food is always good, cabinet or menu. The garden setting is lovely too. Always enjoy this stop.
