This location was strange. ther is an isle that you enter from the left, order and then pickup on the right. this is completly diffrent from the format of wendys that I grew up with. There were a number of other visitors that did the same thing.I found it hard to see the menu signs when you were in line 3 people back.The staff were great and the food was exactly as was expected.
I just purchased a hamburger combo. Pop is diluted and dosen’t taste good. Maybe the machine is out of calibration. Out of courtesy I went back to let them know and they really don’t care. Quality control is non existent. Don’t waste your time or money.
Awful experience at drive through. Ordered a spicy chicken combo with a Coke Zero, got a bacon cheeseburger with a Coke. I don’t eat bacon because it’s against my religion and I don’t drink soft drinks with sugar. This means I couldn’t eat the meal.Upon discovering the mistake once I was already in the road, I called the restaurant to promptly report the mistake. After making me wait on hold for 10 minutes, the supervisor tried to convince me this was my fault even though he acknowledged the cashier punched in a bacon cheese burger. The cashier’s name was Brady as per the receipt. Brady also had an unpleasant attitude at the drive through window.He wouldn’t offer a refund. He did offer me another meal, but I live a far distance from this restaurant so this is terribly inefficient.Dietary restrictions: They will give you bacon even if you ask for chicken.
The food was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is welcoming for families and there are accessible entrances and exits.
