Taco Bell - Etobicoke

This is by far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had in Kentucky. I waited 26 minutes in the drive-thru for my order and ended up being charged $72. Two of my meals were missing half of their contents. When I called the store to see if they could resolve the issue, the manager argued that I had received all my food, even while I was looking at the empty boxes. This is incredibly disappointing. Shame on you!

The service provided by Ajit was outstanding. He was both friendly and professional, and he handled my order efficiently. He truly is a great employee. However, I’ve noticed that the size of the chicken pieces has significantly shrunk, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way. I’ve been enjoying KFC for over 40 years, and the pieces are now unbelievably smaller than they used to be. I wish I could go back in time and take a picture of the chicken pieces from 15-20 years ago to compare them with what we have today. The difference would be astonishing, and unfortunately, not in a good way!

I've visited several Taco Bells, and they've all been quite similar. The portions are very stingy when it comes to toppings and food overall. At times, my order has been served cold and not wrapped properly. It's really gone downhill; it's not an enjoyable place to eat anymore. Honestly, it's just a complete disappointment.

The management really needs to improve organization and efficiency among their staff. Customers were waiting over 30 minutes for their orders in the drive-thru, and those inside were waiting nearly an hour. The restaurant, including the restrooms, could use a thorough cleaning. I also found the staff to be rude and lacking in customer service. The drink station needed attention as well. The only bright spot was the young man at the register; he was attentive and respectful, which was appreciated.
