Jack Astor's Toronto Airport

Jack's is a consistent experience, with a good focus on their operations. Hosts write the time they seat you, and it is a predictable 45minutes to an hour for small groups. Service is friendly, portions are large and the food is well prepared. Jack's is an easy choice for dinner.

Again, mixed review folks! I have gone to this restaurant in the past and experienced no issued, but this is the second time, we brought our family and the second time, we experienced well below average overall service regarding the food and it quality. First of all, the front line staff is not the issue. It is the food, where if the restaurant is busy, the kitchen cannot keep up....resulting in, very slow in getting your food to you and for the second time quality food, arrives cold"!If you report it, management arrives and removes the food of issue off the bill, but that is really not what you want, people want hot, quality food, period. Passing this on folks, keep in mind what you might experience if the place is busy, which it is often due to it location. Still great people and they do own up to their issues and resolve as best as possible. R

Went there for dinner with friend. Service was mediocre but prices were crazy. Wines glass sizes 5 and 8oz.,most places 6 and 9. Well overpriced for type of wines. 8 oz glass same cost as a bottle at LCBO. Hamburger- $15.95 Expensive for a casual place. Won't go again.

We went to dinner after a long day of walks.It is very convenient that they have free parking, in almost every place they charge it.We were assigned a table quickly and the service was very friendly. The waitress engaged in conversation with us and. He made suggestions of places to visit. The food is decent, nothing spectacular. The nachos are somewhat poor in terms of cheese, beans etc. many chips but do not reach the other ingredients. Normal vegetarian quesadilla, there are not many vegetarian options. Good portions

This review is actually for Jack Astor's Sherway, but it wasn't listed. Service was fast and friendly. I had the Veggie Quesadilla for lunch - very tasty. Would definitely come back again to try other items on the menu.
