Subway - Estevan

Very fast and clean. They young man working today was extraordinarily polite and accommodating. I hope people don't forget this gem of a restaurant exists once the road is rerouted.

Nice, friendly and fast service with excellent food... was my first visit and that was the best sandwich I have ever had. best part was the staff, very suggestive service and got chance to try something new called Chicken Pizziola.

This is to update that my April review was very quickly responded to by the manager Shruti Roy.She was helpful, friendly, very apologetic and offered to send us a subway card to try and correct the terrible experience.So shortly after, we did receive the item in the mail.The reason I have only update by one Star is:However, as I indicated we spent almost $50. The manager paid $10.50 to register a letter to me that contained a $5 gift card, and 1 coupon for a 6" sub at their location. I would have rather the extra $10 went towards our $50 loss than to that mailing service.My husband will be in that area again this month so I will then be able to review on the condition of the restaurant, if any of the conditions have improved.

We thought it convenient on our trip from BC to Manitoba to stop into this location as its outside the city of Regina. Mistake. Should have known as we drove up with the deteriorating exterior. Dirty glass doors and floors. The kids were starving after doing a few hours at the Trampoline park though so we continued inside. I was going to get egg salad, but when I looked in the bucket, there was tuna mixed in. Someone had used the same scoop for both! When I mentioned to the guy, he lifted it out to look at, then put back!The only veggie that was decent looking was the cucumbers. Lettuce browning, spinach shrivelled, tomatoes watery, olives mushy.Did the four sandwiches with cookie meals. The drink machine had 4 key flavours "out of stock", and the root beer was flat. Thought Shirley to god they can't screw up on the cookies. Nope! That too even sucked. They tasted like they'd been sitting in a cupboard in an old house for days. So nasty. I can't tell you how many times we've been to subways over the last 10 years, and all across Canada. This is the worst one we have EVER been to. We will never be back and hope you find benefit and are for warned to not make the mistake we did.We will definitely not be so "Canadian polite" in the future. A great Benefit of going to any subway location is the ability to SEE what you're going to eat. We should have just walked out. We will never pay $50 to throw most of the food in the garbage again.The Subway company should definitely review this locations right to have a subway.

Very close to Highway 1 near Regina/White City ... Easy grab for lunch before 1pm or after 2pm due to school busy lunch hour on weekdays. Lots of parking space ..
