Mcdonald's - Estero

Like everyone else, if I could give this place a 0, I would. We have 4 flat soda and we went back to ask for new ones. There was a very nice employee named Ana who was friendly enough to be honest about the situation with her machine and that it could come out again. So we decided to get a refund or credit in another place, but the manager there was super rude. She didn't bother to hear our concern, just talked about us and even called Ana to be honest with us. She cried and said: Ana, not ever instructing customers without my consent?. No real leader.

Good food, the employee saw taking a dump and going directly out of the bathroom. Without washing hands (especially during Covid-19). Yeah.

Do not go to this McDonald?s. Unfortunately I have to write this review because I live very very close to this location and they just can?t get your order right. Ever. With that being said their fries were soggy and yucky. I asked for hot mustard and catch up in the bag they couldn?t get that right either. I asked for a plain cheeseburger and I get a cheeseburger with everything on it..Unfortunately this is the fifth or sixth time this is happened. You would think I would check the bag before I left. But shouldn?t have to. They need good management.

Cold and soggy fries. If it weren?t because I already left, I would return the them.

No such thing as customer service in this location. The manager doesn?t have any patience at all. She didn?t even care to hear what I was asking and said no. I would give zero star if I could.
