Five Guys - Estero

The food was excellent! I really enjoy Five Guys. The staff were attentive and focused on their work. I checked in and had placed my order ahead of time, which included a burger and a milkshake. While I was seated, I noticed that my shake was ready, so I went back to the counter. The manager, who seemed to be mentoring a younger employee, was discussing why my order was taking a while. It was rather difficult for him to communicate with his team. He was also the one who prepared my milkshake, which still wasn't ready. However, I didn't feel like my order took an unreasonable amount of time— the website indicated it would only take 7 minutes to be ready, which isn't very long. I hope that in the future, everyone is treated with more consideration.

We ordered burgers and fries. The fries were especially delicate and warm when we got home, but they didn’t become soggy. The burgers were delicious and satisfying, although we received a patty version.

This location puts other Five Guys restaurants to shame. The patties are perfectly cooked, the service is incredibly fast, and the staff are respectful. Make this place your go-to spot!
