Chipotle Mexican Grill - Estero

I ordered a bowl yesterday evening 11/18/22 and everything was good until I had finished eating. I was very sick this morning from 2 o'clock to 11 o'clock. I haven't eaten all day. my bowl had huh, steak and salat so not sure what went wrong. I'm gonna stay away from this place now.

Extremely small portions for top price, out of beans. Staff was standing around counting tips in front of customers. Not one dining room table was clean. There were only 2 people eating when we came in. Had to ask staff that was standing and leaning if I could get broom so I could clean a place myself. The guy swept but did nothing for the table. Poor management. Well never spend another dollar here again. To bad Pollo Tropical dining room was closed. I got stuck with this place. Tons of fruit flies around the tea area. UPDATE: 3 of the 5 guest got sick later that night and next morning. They all had the steak burrito.

We showed up at 7pm on a Saturday today after we were standing in line for 15 minutes waiting without the line even moving one person a staff member walks out with a sign posted to the door saying online orders only. Then doesn?t inform anyone in line. When questioned she said she didn?t think there was enough food to feed the people in line. But she didn?t bother to tell us. I saw the meager amounts they were putting on burritos and decided to bail as even if we made it we wouldn?t be served normal amounts. The staff here is always Kurt and unwelcoming, throwing a fit if you want more than a tiny pinch of something or than half a spoon. I?ve never had smaller bowls than i get at this location. I rarely see the same staff as turnover and management is horrible. They need to fire management and hire someone who actually cares to handle this store.

Love chiplote , this specific place , I don?t know what?s going on , I think server just start working we order a bowl with guacamole $2,49 extra, look at the pic that?s nothing, of guacamole same thing with cheese I don?t know if this is a newbManagment rules or so but definitely I?m feeling really bad about this. One of the employees ask me what?s wrong and I explain and he gave one extra guacamole, that was good , but we bought three of them. Food was good as always. I don?t recommended this place to any body of my friends, and I never come back to this one.

This place was formerly super, but the management leads it to the floor. Eating is moderate, service is always super slow, but the worst of all manager is so incredibly rude. I personally won?t give up on chipotle, only this place. what sucks because it is near the work
