Bistro a Champlain - Esterel

This is the new version of the restaurant that we enjoyed many years ago. now they literally squeezed it in a curse. eating and service were good too good, but the location and the ambiente simply suck. like the hotel...they make it look beautiful until they sit down, then they know they were. the people literally of them running like in an aviated curse from place to loud place and incoming. in this setting they try to serve them a tasting menu with weinparings for mega note to the owners: bad love move the restaurant I feel so cheated

We visited the breakfast buffet and found the selection to be average, but each item was very tasty. The service was also outstanding. Overall, we were very satisfied with our meal.

Extremely slow service, 4 hours for 4 curs meal, we were 7 adult, all the main plates were served lukewarm and a few cold fish plates, eating poor quality, management is not responding if they let them know, definitiw not worth it.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. I ordered a large salad that was satisfying. My partner ordered the duck breast, which unfortunately only came with three small pieces, a side of potatoes, and some sweetness. While the dish was tasty, the portion size did not justify the high price. The desserts we ordered were fantastic. Being pregnant, I found limited options on the menu that I could eat. I would consider returning for dessert, however, the portion sizes were underwhelming. My partner even suggested ordering more food from a nearby restaurant after our meal.

It may have been due to the holiday season, but the restaurant was not adequately staffed. There were long waits between courses, causing my entree to arrive lukewarm. It was disappointing because the flavors were actually quite good. There were some issues in the kitchen, such as the tuna tataki being overly salty and the salad being bland. I was expecting to be wowed, but instead I was left feeling unimpressed. However, the wines were exceptional, as were the desserts.
