Bidrage med feedbackThe price is normal when considering the situation in a 5-star hotel. according to Spanish standards it is very expensive and they can dinate the same or better for much less elsewhere. the atmosphere is beautiful and the service is. well, so is the eating and the wine list is impressive. in some places when we were, it was very economical occupied. when they leave the season, they do not expect it to be alive and busy. it is a big restaurant so it needs this great city vibe. we're coming back!
Food is good quality as you would expect in a 5 star hotel service is also very good staff are friendly attentive and professional but making you feel at home at the same time ...prices €20 for a pil pil and €38 for a steak...sorry it’s 40% too expensive for what it is a meal for 2 3 courses with wine will set you back €200 when you can go elsewhere and spend a third of that so won’t be back in too much of a hurry Truffle croquets 10/10
We stayed at Kempinksi Hotel Bahia and ate at Baltazar every night. The cuisine is excellent, with an understandable emphasis on seafood. Several caveats: one night is flamenco night; we made our reservations after the performance, but watched from nearby; we were glad we weren't...in the restaurant dining because it was so loud we would not have been able to hear each other. The wine selection is excellent, but the pours are very light; a bit more generosity would be called for given the prices. Service was polite, professional, friendly and accommodating. However, we had several different waiters during each meal, which was disconcerting. Also, the wait between ordering and courses was a bit longer than optimal. It was not the waiters' fault, though. There were consistently too few waiters for the number of diners. Again, though, despite the caveats, this is an excellent restaurant in a wonderful hotel.
Recientemente abrió sus puertas este restaurante. Tuve la suerte de aprovechar la ocasión y visitarlo. Fue toda una aventura gastronómica para los sentidos. El lugar es precioso, con vistas muy bonitas, y el servicio del equipo fue impecable. Quiero destacar a Toni, quien nos atendió maravillosamente. El ambiente era tranquilo, la comida exquisita a pesar de que la carta no era muy extensa. Recomiendo la carne, ya que es de primera calidad, y hay una gran variedad de vinos y cócteles. Es un sitio TOP para alguna ocasión especial o si te estás alojando en el hotel. Estoy deseando volver. ¡Buena suerte con este nuevo proyecto!
Restaurante perfecto, con un personal inmejorable. Tanto la comida como el servicio son impecables. Álvaro, el chef, se acercó a recomendarnos diferentes platos basados en nuestros gustos, y todos fueron excelentes en calidad, producto, elaboración y presentación, desde los entrantes hasta los postres. Nuestra camarera, Iuliana, fue atenta, educada y muy profesional. Fue una cena más que perfecta. ¡Gracias!
