Fräulein margot is a beautiful cafe in the center of Esslingen. in the summer you can sit outside. I have been there a few times and I have almost all vegan options there is to breakfast. I had a bungalow with salty spread, vegan pancakes, antipasti and a cappuccino with milk and I would definitely go back there. the waiter knew what vegan means and informed me that the cookie that was brought with the cappuccino is not vegan. all in all I can recommend going there
