Dunkin' - Essex

I visited at 5:15 AM and placed my order through the app. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, with no mess at all. My order was prepared quickly and was accurate. The woman behind the counter was impressively efficient, handled everything seamlessly, and gave me her full attention.

This Dunkin' is excellent, but they tend to sell out of many items by 4 PM.

Maybe fix your hours of operation! 5 a.m. my a !!! Try 6 a.m. I drove almost an hr for a closed store.

The restaurant seems to have lost some quality lately. The new, very young staff often appear to lack motivation and don't seem very engaged. I frequently notice them just standing around. If you decide to go through the drive-thru instead, you’ll likely have a faster experience.

It just so happened to be torrential raining that day. There is no over hang by the order box so I was getting drenched even when I kept rolling up my window. It was really frustrating. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication and misunderstanding,perhaps the employee was exceptionally hard of hearing but they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. They didn'tseem to know the menu. The whole situation was pretty uncomfortable.
