Dunkin' - Essex

Man I never thought I'd get angry enough with a place to leave a review but here goes. THIS PLACE SUCKS. They can never seem to get any orders right, they take forever to take orders or make them, and the customer sevice is just terrible. They will just walk away and say nothing or just answer their cell phone and ignore you. They dont communicate at all whether its not telling you that the cards aren't working before you get to the window or suddenly switching employees in the middle of having your order taken in the drive thru. Ive been going for awhile because it was the closest, THATS IT, because there's nothing else bringing people to the place. Dude just look at the reviews here, its mostly 1's for a reason. If you can help it just dont go. I'd rather go in to the Food Lion and get a Starbucks Frappuccino at this point. I'd give a 0 tbh. Anyway if you read this far thats the end of my rant.

If you want more than one drink with more than one extra shot of espresso you have to put in multiple orders after you get your first drink otherwise they won’t put it in the other drinks.And they argue with you when you tell them you watched them not make the extra shot and when the coffee that should be dark is white and taste like sugar they still argue back about it.Indians are super nice and chill but too CB I’ll they’re lazy and every Dunkin across America has suffered because they’re all owned by Indians now.They always put the donuts in the bag upside down so the frosting sticks to the paper and the hash browns almost always taste like cleaning supply.The pepper anc chicken wrap is the best thing on the menu in my opinion.

Worst experience ever the young girls working the drive through needs an attitude adjustment learn that works in the customer service industry for that reason I will not go there again n spend my hard working

Very clean, very fast service. The food was fresh and the people working there were very friendly. Great atmosphere to sit down and eat/work/chat.

I went at 3:30 and was not busy. I got served right away. I hate waiting for 1 cup of coffee and people ahead me are ording sandwiches. Kid-friendliness: Sprinkle donuts
