We came across this place by chance because it was a very hot day there was a public swimming pool nearby. What a find, the weekday set menu at 15 euro including drinks was best value ever. I was able to treat our group of seven to three stunning courses. We drove back on a Sunday up the mountain from Banyuls sur Mer for another meal was even more impressed despite the slightly more expensive menu. Stunning food, warm efficient service can't praise this place enough. Before we walked in I spotted an impressive chilli/pepper plant by the door which was a sign of superior quality first impression it didn't let us down. Traditional interior a cool haven from the heat outside. The adults in heaven kids totally satisfied, wonderful, it doesn't get better. Thank you to all the staff for making a destination in an otherwise remote Spanish village high in the Pyrenees a jewel above French border. PS local public pool a bargain, totally clean, uncrowded has a bar to boot! A great day out

My 9 year old grand son booked the restaurant for 6, the lady who took the booking was just fabulous with him. The extended lunch was just great, the food fresh and so good, when you say to your self, wow how did they make that, you know it's good. The staff of the family run restaurant were so friendly and homely. The restaurant made our family occasion unforgettable for all the right reasons

Taking advantage of the journey between capmania and plains, we remember this restaurant that, previously called can manel I see that this way it was on the invoices and it was in plain because for several years we did not eat its appreciated boullabaisse we ordered this dish for two people the truth is that the food was very good and we did not need dessert or anything; we even sobered

Fuimos a un restaurante en un paseo, afortunadamente no tan difícil de encontrar en el corazón de un pequeño pueblo. El exterior y las habitaciones son magníficas, con una cálida y sonriente bienvenida. Los caracoles con tocino son excelentes, al igual que la paella y el pescado. El bouillabaisse y la sopa de pescado, entre otros platos, se veían deliciosos. No fue necesario probar nada más, solo con verlos ya causaba satisfacción. Es recomendable reservar con anticipación. Cabe destacar la honestidad del jefe, quien nos sirvió más de 3 partes de caracol cuando pedimos 4, explicando que no quería decepcionarnos. A pesar de esto, la cantidad fue suficiente para disfrutar.
