Stop Eat Drive-in - Española

Stop Eat is a fantastic restaurant. The food is delicious, but I do have one piece of advice: you open a bit too early. When Gus was alive, he opened the place at 10:00 a.m. every day and closed on holidays. Gus created a special atmosphere at Stop Eat that made my family and me feel welcome every time we visited.

The rolled tacos are delicious, and the deep-fried burritos are just as tasty. They only accept cash, so be sure to bring some before you visit. You won't need to bring much, as the prices are very reasonable.
