Barrio Fries Mexican Food - Española

The food here is excellent, but I have serious concerns about how the employers treat their staff, especially when they fire employees for being sick. That's where I draw the line. Without the employees, this fast food establishment wouldn't even exist. I used to be a regular at Barrio Fries, but Parasol is just as good—actually, it feels even more authentic. It's baffling why an employer would want a sick person to come to work; I certainly don’t want any germs in my food. This situation highlights just how far employers will go for a quick profit without regard for the well-being of their staff or customers. It's really disappointing! Also, there's a total lack of consideration for kid-friendliness.

So far, I've only tried the street tacos, and they are fantastic! The prices are generally comparable to other local restaurants and quite reasonable. The woman at the front is always very polite whenever I'm there, and my order arrives quickly, complete with all the necessary condiments, napkins, and utensils. Accessing the parking lot can be tricky depending on traffic and your direction, but it's definitely worth the effort for some truly great street tacos.

In pojo I had the worst menudo I've ever tasted it was like tap water and chili mixed together and the menudo was grainy as well as It was almost all posole with like two bits of menudo and the worker was calling the wrong name for my order for 5 minutes %100 waste of $15 for large bowl of disappointment

Stopped by with my family and the food was fantastic! Tons of options and flavors to choose from. The menu is mixed with Mexican and New Mexican influences. The red chile is a must try! It's made from chile pods off the ristra like abuelita used to make! The atmosphere was great and the restaurant was very clean! The staff was super friendly and happy to stop by and chat with us! We will be stopping by whenever we can make it to Española.
