Need to tell employees to listen and read the orders that they get, and do them

Bro!! I rarely eat fast food because it isn't kind to me, but I gave it a try today. The menu screens are rather confusing and I couldn't clearly see any of the prices. The young cashier was nice, I said my order and she was entering food that I didn't order and voiding the items. She finally got it right, 2 Egg McMuffins to go. $9!!! It's obviously been a really long time since I've been here. But, seriously people?!!? How is that drive thru lane always packed??? The Egg McMuffins were the same blandness that keeps people coming back. Yay.

The Escanaba McDonald’s was very nice and helpful when I had my order sent to the wrong store. Never have any issues when I come in and everyone is friendly

Loved the new look and the different kind of seating....

Curbside is supposed to be faster than the drive thru every time I've gotten curbside I've sat a half an hour and watched everyone pass through the drive thru that was at the end of the line. In my opinion that's not good service.
