Hardee's - Erwin

The night I got into town I had their onion rings and they were hard as rocks. A couple days later I gave the lady enough singles to get a 10 back and she gave me 10 ones. Said the only money she had in her drawer was 20s and 1s...they were not that busy, we were the only people in line, she had time to ask her manager for change. Also not a complaint but people in the kitchen need a lesson on counting...more bang for my buck but that loss has to go somewhere....got 2 orders of 3 piece tenders, first box had 4, second box had 7 ?

Just went through the drive-thru. Service as expected. Courteous staff.

Don't like to complain but I could not rate any higher than two stars and I'm being generous. Parking lot was almost empty but I was worried they were closed cause there was a bit of trash in the lot. Front counter was pretty clean and three employees were standing there chatting, I was first and only customer for a while I guess. Staff was nice but not extraordinary. Expensive for just a burger and small fries and I can't believe for $8 I even got a small fry, seemed like half an order. Burger meat was over cooked, taste burnt on all edges. Dining room had no clean tables and the ketchup was out. To top it off my ice was dirty, before I poured a drink into the cup my ice had something black in it. I poured it out and tried again, this time it seemed clean, but cleaning should definitely be a managers #1 to do list at this location. Pretty upset because this was my last fast food meal for a long time.

I absolutely love the Erwin Hardee's! My family and I go there every morning, Monday through Friday, for breakfast. Most of the staff in the morning are chatty, friendly, and very helpful. They do a fantastic job of getting our orders right and ensuring we have everything we need.

I've been going to hardee's for breakfast everyday for almost 2 months. There is a sign on the entrance thar says, we serve breakfast until 11 am. When that's not true. Most of the time they are out by 10:31 and do not expect them to prepare morebecause thats a Big No. There are plenty of other breakfast places to eat so I'm done with Hardee's. Plus they have employeesthat's been there forever that I see get talked to terrible by their superiors, so there's that too.
