Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The young man who took my order was very nice and polite. He helped me with my Zaxby's app. The food was fresh and hot. Great service Zaxby's employee's !!!!!!

This was my first time ever trying Zaxby's and I had only heard good things so expectations were high. I just ordered a chicken strips plate and the chicken strips were very fatty and had a lot of gristle. They were not good at all. But when I lifted my last chicken there was a massive dead fly sitting right underneath it. Absolutely horrific and the thought of it made me literally vomit when I left. Will NEVER be going to another Zaxby's again.

I ordered two kickin chicken sandwiches, they were decent overall, not something I’d order again. The staff was fairly friendly, but you could tell they were just over the day.

I want to extent my gratitude to the management team at this location. They took my review seriously. My husband and I went back today to try again. The manager, Jaime, was pleasant, friendly and professional. We ordered the exact same thing again. The 5 finger plate, fries and coleslaw with Zax Sauce and a 5 finger sauced plate with double fries. The food overall was much better. The chicken was not dried out or overcooked. It was moist and had good flavor. The fries were fresh, hot and seasoned well. My husband's plate was also better but he did say 2 of the 5 fingers were still overcooked. But, overall a much better experience. Thank you again Jaime for addressing my previous Google review.

Slowest possible drive through in all of New Bern. Dont expect to be able to get through the line (with like three cars) and get your food within even 20 min. The foods decent once you get it but be sure to take off the entire day to get it!
