New Empress Chinese - Ermington

The food is delicious and the people are friendly, so it's a restaurant I often go to when there's a family celebration or a dinner party. The view outside is fun and the restaurant is spacious, but there are always not enough people working, so the food comes out late. Improvement is needed. I’ve been a regular customer for takeaway and they have definitely gone downhill. Ivy is rude and has poor customer service. The sweet and sour pork used to be delicious, now it has a disgusting batter and instead of tasting like “sweet n sour” it taste like tomato sauce. The Sang Choy Bow is dry, like eating sand and the lettuce they provide is always broken to bits. Chilli crab sauce has changed, doesn’t taste better though. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
