Just opposite Arcaden. Nice ambience, nice food and beer! Good service. Warm waitress. I ordered a chicken burger. It comes with big portion of potato wedges. It's common in Europe but still worth the money.

Some of friends of mine and me had breakfast today morning is this nice cafe in the city center of Erlangen. The location is very central and perfect for a short or longer stop if you visit the city and want to have breakfast on the weekend. The is plenty of choices and the service we got was excellent- very friendly, helpful and explaining into details every single question we had. All my friends and me included were very happy with the choice we've made - we took the swiss, the Italian and the french breakfast as well as many drinks and fresh juice and finally some soup as we stayed quite long and the last joined almost at lunch time.So shortly summarized - very nice central place with very good options to have great breakfast with friends and enjoy excellent friendly service. We'll definitely come again.

Service was great: friendly and fast, we got main meal within 10 minFood: we had pasta and "Schnitzel". Both great and delicious. Sadly to start the review I have to tell you that the food was nothing special. Probably better made at home. I had the chicken burger with wedges with a so called special burger sauce. The self-made burger sauce was just mayonnaise and ketchup mixed up. That was the first disappointment. Another thing was the waiting time. I had to wait approximately 29 minutes. Also another customer came after me but got his drinks first. I had one coke... Hard to deliver I guess. But the worst thing was that the food was not hot. Actually it was nearly cold and I had a hair in my burger sauce too... Should have let them take it back. The wedges tasted like supermarket wedges. Not good at least for the burger there!

A well managed and serviced restaurant. The variety of options from breakfast to dinner is very welcome. The place is traditionally done up and very comfortable. Try the fixed breakfast menus.
