Neder-keller - Erlangen

Worst service ever. Called them to see if open to eat. Said Got there at Order drinks. Waiter said kitchen opens at and then we can go into restaurant to eat. Was upset because had to wait hours. We were At ask if we could go in due to weather change. The waiter went and asked. By the time he asked it was So when he comes to our table. He says almost everything was reserved and they had no room for our party of So after sitting there hour and a huge bill from drinking. The waiter knew we were waiting to go in to eat. We got up and left. I have been going to this Keller for years with family and friends from around the world. Never again!

We didn't eat here, but the beer was great. side note: great bathrooms that even have perfume for guests!

Was upset because had to wait 1.5 hours. We were 15 people. At 1635 ask if we could go in due to weather change. The waiter went and asked. By the time he asked it was 1645. So when he comes to our table. He says almost everything was reserved and they had no room for our party of 15. So after sitting there 1 1/4 hour and a huge bill from drinking. The waiter knew we were waiting to go in to eat. We got up and left. I have been going to this Keller for 25 years with family and friends from around the world. Never again!
