Kfc - ERINA

I come here to eat at this restaurant, I was waiting in line outside of the restaurant there was a very long line going in and no cars coming out and I was curious why the line wasn’t moving so I called the manager Jess...and she told me that the line was moving and that the traffic was going quickly and then I called her a liar because I can see the lines directly from my car and it isn’t moving because I was waiting there for over minutes waiting for the cars to move there was nothing obstructing the traffic flow it was just slow performance from KFC you guys. The manager Jess lie to me straight to my ear which I found disgusting

Great staff and properly cooked meal. I would choose this location before any other Central Coast KFC

What a shame, the chips where not hot and they mixed up my order. The young men behind the counter did not even apologize for the mix up. I guess I wont go there again.

Food at this KFC location seems to always be cold and the customer service is lacking never any smiles and the staff look like they couldn’t be bothered to be at work. Beside the food always being cold, items are constantly left out and...are only half full (pop corn chicken and chips).

She explained that the line had actually been moving quickly. I argued with her, calling her a liar because I could see the line from my car and it was not moving at all.
