Sabella's Catering - Erie

Bill and Sabellas celebrated our wedding last weekend and I can't recommend enough. Having Bill as our Catererer is by far the only way we have our wedding, when and how we wanted. 3 months before our date we were told that our reception hall had canceled us and that we had to find another place. Bill immediately began looking for options for us and recommended the place where we finally decided. In less than 3 months we had to start and it would not have been possible without him. The food alone would have made the night special because every dish, every side and hors d'oeuvre was incredible. On the top of the food, Sabellas made our location look fantastic, as their table settings and bed linens display every table. They also offered the bar service and treated our cake cutting and everyone went better than you could ever dream. Their bar offers made every drink perfection and made one to remember all night. I hope I never have to plan another wedding, but if I know I will call Bill and Sabellas right away so that they can make it a perfect event.

My daughter and son-in-law recently had their wedding reception catered by Sabella's and we couldn't be happier with the food, the staff, and the service! The food was delicious and the staff was so on top of everything from the set-up, to clearing the tables, and the take-down. They made everything seamless. Thank you for helping to make their day perfect!

We?re very happy with how everything went for our small wedding reception, especially because we were somewhat last minute in making our plans due to COVID. Bill was very quick to respond to any questions or menu changes. Set-up and tear-down went seamlessly, and the tablecloths we rented were perfect too. We had the stuffed chicken, pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, corn, asparagus, and garden salad. Our guests loved these options, and we were very pleased with the quality of the food. My family has been using Sabella?s for years, and we will definitely keep recommending them to others.

Janet the entire Sabella's staff was delightful to work with and the food not only tasted spectacular, but was displayed beautifully.
