Bayfront Grille - Erie

Overall a good experience. our server was nice and the drinks were delicious, I would probably return just to get some drinks at the lake. eating was overwhelming for what we paid; my man and I agreed that the potatoes were very good, but our sweet and deer (sween and fish) were quite underseasoned. we split a cream broth for dessert and it was quite thick, too much texture in the custard. it would not eat here again, but the staff was very friendly and drinks were well made.

My wife and I had a reservation. when we arrived, the manager whose name I didn't get asked about our reservation we gave. he continued to put us on the bench between a single diner and table of three women. there were about two tables of four open, one table set for six open, and three tables for two open. when I asked if we could have one table, he told me, "they were reserved for other reservations," I didn't wonder if I had a reservation? perplexed he gave in and moved us into a table setting for four. I think you know how it ends that no one came to eat again after sitting. he certainly ruined the mood. eating was very good and our waitress jessica was excellent. I know that restaurants are moved to long seating places, but most customers prefer a table over sitting so close to other diners, especially when there are other tables open. this guy is bad for business

A quiet date for the friend and I. good drinks and great eating. server was friendly and went the extra mile with the little things. freshly made mustard was amazing! would eat there again.

Delicious birthday dinner, cozy atmosphere, will return!

We were very impressed with our experience. Our waitress was friendly and very accommodating. The food was exceptional. We are from Virginia and it was so nice to have a wonderful meal after having road food. The **** Mary was perfect especially loved those fat olives. We will return on our next visit home. And thank you for being open on Christmas Day.
