We went with friends and family on Friday night and Saturday morning on 6th and 7th January 2023. it was really refreshing to have a server that knew the eating and drinking menu and was also friendly and efficient. that was the first thing we noticed when we were big. eating was a crab above the usual higher quality we noticed in Germany as a whole. the suppers were made to house, the meat cuts for the main dishes were broken off by the chef instead of pre bought from the metzger and the next dishes were really made on the same day by the chef. I wish we had found this at the beginning of our holiday, instead of the last two days. we all agreed that this was a repulsion to the 60s and 70s homemade foods that we enjoyed at our celebrations when we were children. ron gnandt
