Ginkgo Sushi - Erfurt

It is recommended to call before visiting to ensure that the restaurant is open on the day. it happened in the past that it was only opened later. the owners, an older couple with now quite good German skills, serve a courtesy and friendly. longer waiting times can arise as eating is freshly prepared. the appetizers are all recommended, in the main dishes I especially like to take the bento. the sushi is not master class, but the other dishes. they should not miss trying Japanese beer or at least the tee. the facility is cozy, the owners very nice and the eating original Japanese. I'd like to go there.

The second time we tried to book ourselves, we were lucky to be accepted as guests in this small restaurant. The menu is short and not everything always available....
