This restaurant serves the best Indian food in town! The service is top-notch and the food is exceptional. It's great for family dinners or a casual night out. I highly recommend trying the Tandoori mixed grill and chicken tikka biriyani. Well done to the Muhinur team, keep up the good work!
Worst take away in Waltham Abbey.... The chicken korma tasted of cheese and the naan was soaking wet. My husband had lamb madras which he said tasted more like her jerk chicken with washing up liquid.... The place looks fancy but it's all show
Last night, I ordered takeout from a new Indian restaurant and was eager to try a new dish. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We were initially told the order would take 45 minutes, but after waiting for over an hour, I called to inquire about the delay. The first person I spoke to was rude and abruptly hung up on me. Eventually, we decided to cancel the order, but after speaking to a more apologetic person on the phone, we decided to proceed with the order. It became apparent that there was confusion with our order and it seemed like they had forgotten about it until we called. The food finally arrived 2 hours after our initial call, with smaller portion sizes than expected. While the food was decent, it was not worth the long wait and poor customer service. Overall, I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant based on my experience.
We stopped in for a quick meal on our way back from Stansted airport. The service was a bit disorganized with staff passing off tasks to each other instead of taking orders or payments themselves. The food arrived promptly and the poppadoms and naan bread were delicious (especially the Naan). The curry was flavorful but not the best I've had; the chicken in the chicken tikka masala was a bit tough and chewy. Overall, not bad but room for improvement!
