Gem Of Essex - Epping Forest

I had a fantastic evening at According to Essex. The food was delicious with good portion sizes, and we enjoyed it with a crisp white wine served in elegant glasses and delicious cocktails. I highly recommend this restaurant and am looking forward to going back.

We ate here a few times and were the happiest. the portion sizes are good, eating is always freshly cooked and is well seasoned, the restaurant owners and the staff are really friendly and helpful, the restaurant is nice and clean and modern inside and the prices are very reasonable. without doubt the most beautiful place to dinen in loughton.

We recently went to Gem for a work chat with the boss Jack. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. Monday to Friday they do a two course special for £11.90 which is fantastic value. Would definitely recommend to anyone liking Turkish food. Will be going back shortly. Thanks Kevin.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and offers good value compared to the overpriced alternative restaurants in Loughton.

We are often our favourite restaurant here. everyone is so friendly and welcoming. eating is 10 out of 10! oz always comes to say hello. we celebrated my sons 6 birthday here, he chose the restaurant because he loves eating and the staff always makes a dirty one of him. stop the good workers!
