Ordered the food at 9:15pm food arrived at 11:56pm for why I do not know food arrived freezing cold and damaged was also missing items I then called up and questioned them about this and was laughed at and told they was closed. Once I warmed the food up it was swimming in oil and tasteless. Never in my life have I ate an Indian and it has been completely tasteless. Will never order from here again. And I advise you not too. The order never arrived! When I called the restaurant, the guy who answered sounded drunk and claimed that the couriers had already left. This was approximately an hour ago. I received no refund and no food. This place is a scam. I would recommend avoiding it. Delivery service was terrible. This was supposed to be a dinner meal, costing around £30–40 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere were all rated as 1 out of 10.

I had a wonderful experience with this Indian takeout restaurant. Ordering was stress-free, the delivery time was very good, and the delivery person was polite. The prices were reasonable and the food was excellent. Thank you for the great service! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30-40.

Tried for the 1st time tonight excellent food ordered online simple delivered on time and will 100% be using Chigwell tandoori again .
