Bengal Spice - Epping Forest

I had the pleasure of enjoying live music while tasting the best Tandoori chicken I have ever had at this restaurant. It is the perfect spot for families and couples to have dinner. The environment is clean, the staff is friendly, and they made me feel like a valued customer. I have visited regularly and have never had a bad meal or experience with the staff. In my opinion, this is the best Indian restaurant to experience authentic Indian curry.

This restaurant serves delicious Indian food. It was my first time visiting and I was impressed by the modern decor, including a flower wall and a contemporary ceiling design. The staff was friendly and the food arrived hot. Most importantly, all of the dishes were excellent. From the saag bowl to the meat dishes and the brewery, everything was well-prepared and tasted wonderful. The restaurant also follows all necessary COVID guidelines. Unfortunately, they now only offer takeout due to the lockdown restrictions. Overall, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

This Indian restaurant is fantastic, with top-notch food and lovely staff. They frequently host musical evenings. Be sure to try the cashew nuts curry, it's delicious!

Great food and atmosphere. a party of us went to one of their very popular tribute nights. it was nice to see that freddie mercury makes his things. my partner had a forest king prawns that she said was delicious and I had the fish kaybury curry that was just as delicious. the tardka dhal was good (I guess a curry house, how good her tardka dahl is) and the service was excellent, despite how busy it was. would recommend.

This is the best Indian in town. Staff super friendly and food is spectacular. Sishu (hope spelt it right) one of the staff is lovely. If you fancy a Indian this is the place to go
