Burger King - Epping

Cannot follow simple instructions. Asked for no mayo and got mayo.

2 employees working, literally no other customers than us, restaurant not clean, ordered 2 ham egg and cheese croissants got one with ham, one with bacon, neither had a decent amount of egg and both were barely warm.Coffee as well was barely warm and instead of making a fresh pot, stuck my cup in the microwave to heat it up.

They took my debit card at the drive thru and never gave it back I’ve been trying to call the restaurant but no answer for 4 hours and I live 90 minutes away. Don’t know what to do. Please leave a number in your response that I can call

No body answered the phone and they don’t care about the customers. They just want to get the food out the door and the customers on their way.

Incredibly nice lady with long red hair working the window tonight. She was absolutely amazing. Do better for your employees. She shouldn’t be the only one running the store, And definitely shouldn’t have a drive-through window that is falling apart Making her Have to work while being freezing cold.
