Bidrage med feedbackWe 4 went to a special place in this restaurant, which is surprisingly located in a business area. we chose the 12-course 54E menu. this also had an amuse bouche, brot (including gluten-free for my wife, although I had not advised in advance), a galm cleaning soret during the meal. most of the courses were really excellent, highlighting were the rabbit, the wildbret, the jakobsmuschels and the salmon, the soup, the cold seafood soup and the paste combination. the desserts were not after our non-German taste, but nevertheless made beautiful. we did not choose the wine combination, but ordered a reasonable Knipser-Chardonnay at about 33 e, which supplemented the first six courses, and a Spanish red which was good at 42 e. there was also a nice selection of German red wines, but I knew that one of my friends preferred Spanish or Italian red wines. the service was friendly, competent and not exaggerated. the room itself is very comfortable and a beautiful ambiente. eating was very slow (4 hours). So if their time is limited, I would advise the staff at the beginning. this is definitiw good eating at a reasonable price for quality.
Were there for a business dinner. the presentation and quality of the food was first-class, but it took too long to get the whole lunch menu. if this had been served faster, there would have been a full score!
The arrival in front of the site is not the most appealing. refueling and commercial building that originates from the same operation is quite deterrent. do not, however, adhere to these elements. as soon as you enter the door, the decoration changes (fortunately). the room has high ceilings, a wide, gentle lighting, is sober decorated, but above all the tables are well separated for a total of about thirty guests, all this is a good omen. all in all the normal friendly smiling reception. we were seventh, a beautiful table with small table-covered flowers etc., however, the serviettes could use while washing a little softener, they are as stiff as just. degustation menu in seven or eight courses. we feel that the cook wants to do it well. the usual dressur for this type of exercise is pleasant, the portions are expected to be minimalist. from variety etc. I give praise or criticism to the oriented, if not the (mini-)shrecked salty shell animal soup. the whole is pleasant and we discover with joy the small ideas and combinations that the chef has conceived. you're not gonna get out of there hungry. the service is attentive and efficient. when I was invited, I had no access to the budget, but it seems that the aspekt quality price is available. we had a good time and our table had to disturb the rest of the room. a proposal to the chef. in the middle, the rectangular table could be replaced by a round table, which offers, for example, eight people space, this is more user-friendly than the rectangular format.
Friends had invited us there.We had the amuse gueule menu, unbelievably good.Optically very nicely dressed.Wunderbar distributed throughout the evening,so we were able to entertain ourselves while eating super. At the end we were well fed.Also the service was fast and friendly.Good weep.
The new location in the industrial area is unfortunately no longer as familiary as at times of the pleikartförster hofes. for my taste, the new spatialities have become optically cool. we decided (as always) for the amuse gueule menu. for the required price, very good small taste explosions are obtained, which are also arranged optically very attractively. what is not possible is the service. the dame instructed us against the end of the menu order that we should give in future a message if only two appear instead of the four reserved persons. actually she should ask for a no-show fee. I've been through a lot of things, but here even I was speechless. I am sorry that the failures caused by illness are not predictable. This also counts as an entrepreneurial risk. If I work out a offer that requires a complete week of work, but then that is given to a competitors who prefers, I cannot charge a fee. I should mention that the restaurant was not fully occupied this evening. Too bad about the good kitchen. this customer about teaching service has not earned it.
